Before founding Desidero, Priscilla worked with major companies such as Massmart, Edcon, UCS and Accenture and their clients (Dis-Chem, Cashbuild, Spitz, Kalahari, Wellness Warehouse, Woolworths and Engen amongst others) on strategic and IT transformation initiatives.

Her extensive background in retail, wholesale, supply chain, and IT has equipped her to manage multifaceted strategic projects, from start-ups and turnarounds to optimising supply chains and implementing ERP systems.

Additionally, Priscilla runs a Problem-Solving course, sharing her unique approach and substantial experience in solving problems and successfully implementing solutions.

As a Certified Director®, she ensures good governance and due diligence in all her work.
